The finishing touch

You were always expected.

The finishing touches that make a great golf day feel personal.

Personal letters, check-in cards, cart signs, and thoughtful messages, made for charity tournaments, corporate outings, and private club events. You plan a great day. We make sure every guest feels it was planned for them.

Based on Long Island · Serving events nationwide

The difference is in the details

The course runs the golf. You run the day. We add what guests remember.

Your event is already in good hands. Standing Invitation is the layer of care on top: the small, personal details that turn a well-run day into one people talk about.

Guests feel welcomed by name

From the letter in their mailbox to the card in their hand at check-in, every guest knows they were expected.

Sponsors feel seen

Their support is recognized with the same care as the guests, in print, on the course, and in every thank you.

They come back

People return to the events that made them feel personally welcomed. Next season starts with this one.

Made for

Charity tournaments

For committees raising money for a cause. Every golfer and sponsor is thanked personally, so the support feels as meaningful as the mission.

Corporate outings

For companies hosting clients and teams. Every guest is welcomed like the most important person on the course, because to you, they are.

Private club events

For golf professionals and tournament committees. Member-guests, invitationals, and club championships, with care for the member and the guest alike.

Our three customs

Invited. Hosted. Remembered.

I.

Invited

A registration page made for your event, a confirmation that sounds like a person wrote it, and a personal letter for every guest. They feel chosen, not processed.

II.

Hosted

A check-in card with their name, their name on the cart, timely messages through the day, and signage that looks like it belongs at a private club.

III.

Remembered

A thank you sent while the day is still fresh, a small keepsake worth collecting, and an invitation to return next season before this one is even over.

The order of play

Every touch, in order

Laid out the way a starter keeps the tee sheet. Each touch is designed for your event, written in your voice, and arrives ready to go.

Upon acceptance
Accept your invitation. A registration page that feels like an invitation, followed by a warm confirmation by email and text.
Two weeks out
The personal letter. Addressed to each guest by name, sealed, and signed by a real person.
One week out
What to bring. Attire, arrival, and what the day holds, by text and email.
The evening before
Pairings and the forecast. Their group, their starting hole, and the weather, in one short message.
At check-in
A card with their name on it. Their pairing, starting hole, and the day's schedule, printed for them alone. Their name is already on the cart.
At the turn
News from the course. Contest leaders, raffle reminders, and dinner details as the day unfolds.
After the final putt
With our thanks. Results, contest winners, and sponsor recognition, sent while the day is still fresh.
Next season
The invitation stands. A save the date for next year, so their place is held before anyone else asks.

Private clubs

The member-guest, hosted for both.

A member-guest is the one weekend a member invites someone to their club. Your golf shop runs the tournament. We add the touches that make the guest feel honored and the member look like a gracious host.

The invitation
The member
A letter from the club thanking them for hosting, with the weekend's schedule.
The guest
A letter from their member, written from the member's own note, sealed, and signed by the member.
The week of
The member
Word that their guest's letter has arrived, plus the dress code and schedule.
The guest
What to pack, how to arrive, and their member's name and cell number.
Arrival
The member
A check-in card and cart sign with both names, side by side.
The guest
Their name on a locker, a welcome note, and the tee gift waiting.
Each evening
The member
Match results, flight standings, and tomorrow's times.
The guest
The same news, written for a visitor: where dinner is, what to wear, and when to be there.
Afterward
The member
A thank you for hosting, the final results, and next year's date.
The guest
A thank you from their member, and the invitation to return.
